Ali & Matt were beyond fantastic. From our pre-wedding meeting, follow up emails and the wedding day they were the absolute best. They brought the vibes and kept the night so full of fun. We loved Matt’s jokes before speeches and they are overall the most down to earth, fantastic people. We hope sometime in the future we have an event that we need to book them again.

We had Black Cherry Events DJ our wedding with only a few months request. We had Adrian and he could not have been more amazing! Affordable price, well organised to meet our requests (we struggled to help make suggestions) and Adrian made it PERFECT! He was so sweet and came out despite the rain to congratulate us and then absolutely NAILED the music! He had everyone dancing, took requests as we requested he do and it was just the most fun mix of music! If you need a killer DJ – Adrian definitely knows what’s up!

Matt from Black Cherry Events turned our wedding into an unforgettable night! We had guests commenting on how our wedding was one of the greatest of all time due to his DJ & dance floor atmosphere. The music was never a miss, the energy and flow transitioned excellent every time. We are so thrilled Matt was our DJ, we couldn’t have asked for a better evening!! Matt also was the MC, creating a unique and personal twist to the formalities with a bit of fun also. Matt is a very approachable, considerate, organised and professional wedding vendor. The music was absolutely spot on we honestly couldn’t have asked for better. So many of our guests commented on how incredible it was, and the dance floor was full all night. No one could find an excuse to leave! Even we (the bride and groom) ended up dancing the entire night, which was exactly what we had hoped for. We loved the music so much that we actually tried to recreate the playlist from memory afterwards and now our whole family follows it. It’s even made its way into the New South Wales Waratahs training sessions, which says it all! I was initially a bit worried about whether people would get up and dance, but DJ Ryan from Black Cherry Events completely exceeded expectations and kept the dance floor packed the whole time. We also really appreciated the extra support with our MC, who didn’t have prior experience. The tips and guidance provided made such a difference and went above and beyond what we expected it really helped everything run smoothly.
